In Beijing, China's top leaders have again joined lawmakers and political advisors in NPC and CPPCC panel discussions.
Chinese president Hu Jintao took part in talks with CPPCC members from the Communist Youth League, the Federation of Youth, the Trade Union and the Women's Federation.
The president says creating a harmonious society requires the efforts of the whole nation and is a great cause that will benefit all Chinese people.
He stresses the party must unite the people, and should lead and serve the people during the establishment of the harmonious society.
CPPCC Chairman Jia Qinglin also participated the discussion.
