The chief envoy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has just arrived in Beijing. He's the last envoy to arrive for the 6-party talks on the Korean Peninsula nuclear issue.
Kim Kye-Gwan attended the last session in Beijing in December. The talks recessed after five days of negotiations, with no breakthrough.
Last month, the DPRK and the US met in Berlin, discussing the nuclear issue. The six-party talks resume Thursday afternoon. The talks involve China, the DPRK, the US, the ROK, Japan and Russia.
