Bomb blasts in Philippines kill at least 6

In the south of the Philippines, three bomb blasts within hours of each other have killed at least 6 people and wounded 30.

The first explosion ripped apart a lottery outlet in a public market in General Santos city, 1,000 kilometers southeast of Manila. At least 6 people were killed and 26 others wounded. The second blast occurred in a city nearby, injuring at least two. A third blast injured two more in Cotabato.

It was not immediately known who was responsible for the explosions.
