24 workers confirmed dead in Shanxi coal mine accident

Another coal mine accident now 24 workers have been confirmed dead after a gas explosion at a coal mine in North China's Shanxi Province.
The accident at the Luweitan Mine in Linfen City occurred at 6 pm local time on Sunday. The 24 people working underground at the time were all trapped inside the mine. Their bodies have all been recovered. Authorities say the gas explosion was triggered by an unexpected power cut. And that this resulted in damages to the underground ventilation system.
