South Korea's Unification Ministry has expressed "deep regret" over the DPRK's decision to scrap a cross-border tourism deal with Seoul.

The DPRK declared four measures halting the program. South Korea wants Pyongyang to withdraw the measures.

The ministry reiterated that all cross-border tourism issues can only be resolved through dialogue.
