A Chinese chartered flight is ready to leave Beijing for Haiti with more medical staff and relief supplies.

It will carry a medical team of 77 and their 20 tons of equipment and medicine. More than half the team members are from Nanjing Military Region. Four peacekeepers from the Ministry of Public Security will also be aboard the plane.

The flight is expected to arrive in the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince Sunday afternoon. From there it will fly back with the Chinese rescue team currently in Haiti and their 3 dogs and equipment.

Some 50 remaining Chinese nationals will also be brought back on the flight.
