DPRK proposes working-level talks with S. Korea

The Korea Asia-Pacific Peace Committee of the DPRK has sent a notice to the South Korean Unification Ministry.

It suggested to hold a north-south working contact at Mt. Kumgang Resort on January 26th and 27th to discuss the reopening of the border tour.
