The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, refutes accusations that his organization has withheld information on Iran's nuclear activities.
The UN nuclear watchdog also says it's locked in a "stalemate" with Iran over its nuclear program.
French and Israeli foreign ministries have alleged that key information was left out of the IAEA's latest report.
Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the IAEA, denied the charges.
Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the IAEA, said, "I am dismayed by the allegations of some member states, which have been fed to the media, that information has been withheld from the Board. These allegations are politically motivated and totally baseless."
ElBaradei says Iran has improved its cooperation with the IAEA. He says Iran has allowed IAEA inspectors to access to a research reactor.
But he adds Iran is still enriching uranium, and that he can not exclude the possibility of military dimensions to its nuclear program.
Meanwhile, In Tehran, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says Iran will never negotiate over its nuclear rights.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iranian President, said, "From our point of view, Iran's nuclear issue is over. We continue our work within the framework of global regulations and in close interaction with the IAEA. We will never negotiate over the obvious rights of the Iranian nation."
Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful. The US and its European allies allege Iran is secretly building a nuclear weapon. They warned of harsher sanctions if Iran doesn't take up its offer to re-start nuclear talks.
