In a comment to Xinhua News Agency, he also said Toyota will pay more attention to Chinese customers as the market there is undergoing fast development. To archive that, the Japanese auto giant has formed a special team to analyze customers' advice on a daily basis and improve communication with them.

In addition, Toyota also plans to set up quality control offices in several major cities in China so that technicians will have immediate contact with customers in trouble.
