Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu made the remarks on Tuesday, saying China would continue to hold an active and constructive attitude at the Copenhagen conference. The Chinese government believes the key to success is to adhere to the principles of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, the Kyoto Protocol and the Bali road map -- especially the concept of common but differentiated responsibilities.
