Q1:China's State Council has announced the country will reduce the intensity of carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP in 2020 by 40 to 45 percent compared with the level of 2005. This is a really challenging task. What do you think are the reasons for this?
Q2: What do you think China will do to achieve this, as the world's biggest developing country and produce of carbon dioxide emissions?
