Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's in on his visit to the memorial for the sunken battleship USS Arizona. He offered his condolences to the people who were killed in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.
Abe made the symbolic visit along with US President Barack Obama, just weeks before Republican Donald Trump takes over the White House.
