Staying with South Korea now and presidential polls in the country show that outgoing UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is slightly ahead of former opposition leader Moon Jae-in.
In a survey conducted by Real Meter, Ban managed an approval rating of 23 point 3 percent, compared to Moon's 23 point 1. As there is no presidential contender from the ruling Saenuri Party, Ban is seen as the last hope for conservative voters.
