Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu says his country, Russia and Iran will hold a summit later this month in Moscow, to find a political solution for Syria.
Cavusoglu says Ankara is working hard to establish a nation-wide ceasefire in the war-torn country. Turkey supports some rebel groups in Syria, while Russia and Iran back the government.
