In Syria, rebels in Aleppo say they will honor a deal for evacuations from the city. This comes a day after a previous agreement fell through.
Rebels and civilians had been due to leave the city on Wednesday, but a truce to allow those movements fell through. Rebel groups said evacuations would take place in the early hours of Thursday.
There has been no confirmation from the Syrian government or its major ally Russia. A media unit run by the Lebanese Shia Muslim movement Hezbollah, which backs the Syrian government, says there are major complications and negotiations have not yet concluded.
