Turkey's Prime Minister - Binali Yildirim - has declared a day of official mourning after 38 people were killed and over 1-hundred wounded in two explosions outside a soccer stadium in Istanbul on Saturday night.
Yildirim also ordered flags across the country to fly at half staff. Interior Minister - Suleyman Soylu - said 30 of those killed were police officers, seven were civilians, and one remains unidentified. He said 10 suspects have already been detained.
Following the incident, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan postponed a visit to Kazakhstan. So far, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for the blasts. However, Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party, known as the PKK, may be behind the attack.
