Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim will arrive in Moscow later today for an official visit to Russia. He is expected to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. It is thought they will discuss further steps to improve bilateral relations.
