The Chinese government has issued a white paper on the country’s right to pursue its development.
The paper, titled “The Right to Development: China’s Philosophy, Practice and Contribution,” outlines the country’s stance on development. It says development is the top priority of the Communist Party of China when it comes to governance and national revitalization.
It also reviews efforts and progress made so far. Poverty alleviation is the most obvious of these achievements.
The paper said China is willing to join the international community in sharing experiences and promoting the development of human rights.
