Russian president Vladimir Putin has given his annual address to the Federal Assembly in Moscow. He spent much of his time on domestic issues such as economic growth, tax, health care, education and environment protection.
This is unlike last year's address, in which he devoted most it to denounce Turkey for shooting down a Russian warplane. Putin spoke on Russia's foreign polices, mentioning that the cooperation with China serves as an example of mutually beneficial interaction. He also added that the country is ready to work with the new US leadership.
