South Korean President, Park Gyeun-hye says she doesn't have time to answer prosecutors' questions about her involvement in an ongoing political scandal. Park's lawyer, Yoo Yeong-ha, says Park is busy preparing for a special investigation next month, and regrets not being able to show up for questioning earlier this week.

Prosecutors hoped to ask Park about her relationship with her friend Choi Soon-sil. It is believed Choi received improper access to government matters. She has been accused of meddling in state affairs.
