Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently spoke to CCTV, saying that the two countries have high-level cooperation in many areas, and bilateral trade continues to grow quickly. Medvedev expressed confidence about future cooperation between the two countries and estimated that bilateral trade would reach U.S.$200 billion by 2020.
The prime minister did not shy away from the problems caused in Russia by lower oil prices and economic sanctions. But said that the country would stop negative growth by the end of this year.
