China's eastern city of Nanjing has re-launched property curbs to rein in prices. The move comes about two years after the second-tier city ended a similar measure.
The new regulations suspend downtown home sales to non-locals with one or more homes. At the same time, locals with two or more homes are now not eligible to buy another downtown apartment.
The city first introduced purchase restrictions in February 2011. The policy lasted for about three and a half years.
