Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development said on Tuesday that the city will further complete the housing regulation in 2016, and will raise the downpayment ratio of second non-ordinary commercial property.
The commission also said the city will develop the housing renting market.
Non-ordinary properties refer to those with a floor-area ratio of less than 1, or a construction area of over 144 square meters, or sold at prices more than 1.2 times higher than average.
