The UN has said that the death toll following severe floods in the DPRK's northeast has risen to 133, with another 395 missing.
Citing government figures issued by Pyongyang, the UN said some 107 thousand people have been forced to flee their homes in the area along the Tumen River.
More than 35 thousand houses and nearly nine thousand public buildings, have also been damaged. It added that around 16 thousand hectares of farmland were inundated and at least 140 thousand people need urgent help.
