Taiwan law officials have announced that they will not indict the bus driver believed to be responsible for a deadly fire on a bus in Taoyuan county, because he was also killed in the blaze.

On July 19th, Su Mingcheng's bus crashed off a highway -- killing everyone on board, including 24 Chinese mainland tourists. Investigations revealed Su likely lit bottles of gasoline while driving down the freeway, causing his bus to spin out of control and crash.
