"The relations are very promising. So there is a lot together China and Myanmar can do. It's not surprising that there are indeed some problem issues. For example, whether the two countries can resume the major projects like the Mekong hydropower station. The two countries can actually manage these problems, so that deal can stay focused on areas of cooperation which is so important for the two countries and for ASEAN," said Jia Xiudong.
