At least 19 people have been killed and many others injured in a knife attack at a facility for the disabled in Sagami-hara, just outside Tokyo this morning.
Police say they responded to a call about 2:30 am local time from an employee saying something horrible is happening. A man turned himself in at a police station about two hours later.
CCTV correspondent Terry Terashima now joins us from Tokyo with more.
Q1. The attacker has been reported as a former employee of the facility. What else can you tell us? Why did he carry out the attack?
Q2. How are the wounded being treated? What's the reaction from the public?
