China's securities regulator has said property developer Vanke and its biggest shareholder Baoneng Group violated disclosure regulations on shareholding changes.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission ordered executives from both companies to meet with regulatory officials. Vanke has been embroiled in a high-profile corporate control battle with Baoneng Group, which has unsuccessfully tried to oust the Vanke board.
