China has announced the country's top 100 electronics and Internet companies in the country. And the names on the lists aren't too surprising.

On the electronics list, Huawei ranks No.1. Lenovo was second while China Electrics came in third. Alibaba, Tencent and Baidu hold the top 3 spots on the list of Internet companies.

Analysts say the companies on the list all had rapid growth in scale and revenues, and are all leading R&D institutions with a global presence.
