So plenty of money being tossed around on day one of NBA free agency, and Kevin Durant and LeBron James are still available, so we may see the first $200-million deal. Here is a quick look at some of the other notable deals in the Association today.
Matthe Dellavedova is leaving the NBA champions Cleveland Cavaliers to join the Milwaukee Bucks. The Aussie getting a four-year, 38-million dollar deal.
The Grizzlies dishing out more money as they lured Chandler Parsons to Memphis from Dallas. He gets a four-year max deal worth 98-million.
Also getting the max is Andre Drummond, the big man getting a 5-year, 130-million dollar contract to stay with Detroit.
The Washington Wizards also maxed Bradley Beal, keeping the often-injured guard in the US capital.
And the Toronto Raptors have reportedly re-signed DeMar DeRozan for 5-years and 139-million bucks, if those numbers are correct, it would trump Conley's deal, and the other max deals. The value of all the contracts could change slightly once the league gets all their accounting in order.
