Chinese Vice Finnace Minister Zhu Guangyao says the US Federal Reserve should communicate better with China and financial markets on its interest rate decisions.

Zhu's comments came ahead of the annual U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue. The vice minister also said China should improve its communication as the spillover effect of its policies increases.
