We move to China, now and more fallout from a massive brawl that marred a Chinese F.A. Cup contest. Jiangsu Suning of the CSL traveled to face semi-pro side Wuhan Hongxing on Wednesday. Jiangsu would win the match 1-nil, but following the final whistle -- violence broke out as members of the losing side attacked and injured some of the Suning players. Wuhan Hongxing has since released five of its players involved in the violence.

This was the scene following the contest -- as a melee broke out.

The club is cooperating with the Chinese F.A. for further investigation and will hand down punishment accordingly. Police also established a special team to identify fans involved in the event.

Following the incident, photos were posted on the Internet that showed the injuries that some Jiangsu players received during the melee. Wuhan has also been linked to using ineligible players, in other matches, if that is found to be true, the results from those matches could be reversed.
