Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility for a twin car bomb attack in the southern city of Samawa, in which 14 people were killed, and dozens injured.
Police said the first blast was near the provincial council building, while the second was at a bus station, 60 meters away. The death toll is expected to rise.
