Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has met with senior Indian national security advisor Ajit Doval in Beijing. The two sides have vowed to use peaceful means to resolve their border disputes.
Li said the China-India communication mechanism for border issues has played a constructive role in enlarging mutual trust and consensus. Li hopes that China and India can manage their differences in a peaceful way.
He also called for China and India to increase economic cooperation in order to strengthen global economic growth. Doval said India looks forward to more high-level exchanges with China in the future.
