Syrian opposition delegates are currently in Geneva and ready for the peace talks. But delegates from the Syrian government have yet to arrive, due to the domestic parliamentary election happening on the same day. Our correspondent in Geneva, Guy Henderson, says the talks are unlikely to happen in the next few hours.
