South Korea says the DPRK has fired off a ground-to-air missile into eastern waters. The short-range missile was launched from the eastern region near the coast of Seondeok in South Hamgyeong province and flew about 100 kilometers.
A few days earlier Pyongyang fired one round from its new 300-mm multiple rocket launcher. The tests come amid massive US-South Korean military drills. Meanwhile, the DPRK Red Cross Society said it will stop all humanitarian exchanges with the current South Korean government, including efforts to reunify separated families.
