BRUSSELS, March 25 (Xinhua) -- Eurozone leaders Thursday endorsed an aid plan for Greece, agreeing to have the International Monetary Fund (IMF) involved.

Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou hailed the deal as "very satisfactory" at a press conference held after the meeting of eurozone leaders.
Portuguese Prime Minister Jose Socrates also said at a press conference that "there is an agreement" on the issue, confirming that the IMF will be involved in the mechanism.
