U.S. envoy arrives in DPRK

PYONGYANG, Dec. 8 (Xinhua) -- Stephen Bosworth, U.S. special envoy for the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), arrived here Tuesday in an effort to bring the DPRK back to the international nuclear disarmament talks.
