China able to achieve target of well-off society: Premier

Premier Wen Jiabao said China is able to overcome various difficulties and fulfill the lofty target of building a well-off society in an all-round way under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee with Hu Jintao as General Secretary,

Wen made the remark at a press conference in Beijing Tuesday.

Wen also said that China will open its door wider to the outside world.
