Chinese President Jiang Zemin read to the press the Leaders' Declaration of the Ninth Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders Meeting at the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum Sunday afternoon.
Leaders of APEC members attending the Meeting were present at the declaration-reading ceremony.
