| Individuals become biggest buyers of Shenzhen state－owned assets |

Individuals have replaced institutional investors as the biggest buyers of the state－owned assets in the Shenzhen Property Rights Exchange Center.
Statistics show that in the first 11 months of the year, nearly 130 property rights transfers were completed in the center. Individuals bought over one－fourth of the total assets, amounting to over 370 million yuan or 44 million US dollars. Most of the assets bought by individuals are small－scale state－owned assets priced below one million yuan or 120,000 US dollars.
At present, over 30,000 state－owned assets still wait for buyers in the exchange center.
