| Presidium of 10th NPC First Session Holds Second Meeting |

 The presidium of the First Session of the 10th National People's Congress （NPC） held its second meeting in Beijing Saturday.
The meeting decided to present a draft decision on a government－restructuring plan and draft methods on election and appointment to NPC delegations for deliberation, before putting them to voting at the NPC session.
The presidium meeting was presided over by Wu Bangguo, an executive chairman of the presidium.
