China's top gov't advisory body submits motions

    Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) have submitted over 380 motions that contain their suggestions for reform.

    A panel will transfer the bills to relevant government agencies, which will then be responsible for reviewing and implementing them.

    Major issues mentioned in the proposals include the reform of the financial system, judicial fairness, and educational reform.
