On Tuesday Chinese chief trade negotiator Long Yongtu leads a 40-member Chinese delegation to World Trade Organization 4th Ministerial Meeting in Doha of Qatar.
The delegation is expected to witness the historic moment of China's admission into WTO, when the conference discusses and approves China's entry on November 10.
If the entry is approved, China will sign the entry document on November 11. During the monext nth the document will be examined and rectified by China's National People's standing committee, giving legal status to the entry. And this will bringCongress an end to the 15 years of negotiations.
