The US Center for Disease Contol and Prevention says 154 cases of suspected atypical pneumonia have now been detected in the country.
It says the US definition for the disease are quite broad, and those without severe pneumonia symptoms are also included. By doing so, they leave no stone unturned, as being extra cautious will help to control the spread of the disease more effectively.
