The 14-member delegation from South Korea crossed the northern border to Kaesong on Thursday morning. Before the crossing, delegation head Kim Young-tak said they will focus primarily on the issue of a South Korean worker detained since late March for publicly denouncing the regime of the DPRK.

Kim Young-tak added that they will also notify Pyongyang that Seoul will not accept demands made in the second round of talks.
