US Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice says the five permanent members of the UN Security Council had very good and productive initial talks on the draft resolution on the DPRK's latest nuclear test.
Rice made the statement at the end of closed-door consultations by ambassadors from the Security Council's permanent members --- Britain, China, France, Russia and the US.
Ambassadors from Japan and South Korea also took part in the meeting.
