Three Chinese engineer were killed in... in southwestern of Pakistan last Wednesday. This incident in only one of a series attacks against the Chinese in Pakistan over the past two years. In South Africa, the growing violence against Chinese businessmen has aroused great concern of the Chinese government as well.

With growing economic interdependence, more Chinese are working or doing business in countries around the world. Do it mean they have to carefully select the countries where safety has to be guaranteed in the first place? What has been done by the Pakistani government to protect the safety of the Chinese in their host country. And will the Chinese tourists, businessmen choose not go to the South Africa due to the rising crimes?
