Four years from now, the Beijing Olympic Games will be held as the preparations for the mega project are gaining momentum. Debates about how to construct the games also dominated the headlines of the local media here in Beijing. Poor as it is, is China spending too much with a budget of 3.5 billion us dollars, far more than that spent in Australia four years ago. And China is not widely accepted as a sports country despite its brilliant performance in Greece. Because those people argue that sports education and participation in this country is not quite up to the international standards.

How can the sports facilities be used later on and generate enough return of the incredible investment, in other words, how shall we rationalize the expenditure and examine the prospects of having the healthy Olympic Economy?
