In 1955, the Bandung Conference was held in Indonesia. Representatives from 29 African and Asian nations met there to discuss economic and cultural cooperation and also to oppose colonialism. Since then, relationship between China & Indonesia has experienced twists and turns. Now 50 years later, that relationship is on the fast track.
